We call Osprey, Florida home — right along the Sarasota coast, where we're raising our two kids, Sanaya and Viaan, and building the kind of life we always wanted: rooted in one place, close to family, and centered around work we actually care about.

Sailash spent over 20 years in corporate leadership — data, analytics, technology, and operations — before deciding it was time to build something of his own. That journey started with SanVia, our home décor brand, and multi-property real estate investing, but it's led to something bigger: we're now looking to acquire and personally run an established local or regional business, one with real roots and a real team, that we can grow for the long haul. Not flip, not franchise out — own and operate, here in the Sarasota area, for years to come.

Vini brings a different kind of depth to the table: she's a physician, an ENT surgeon by training, with over a decade of medical education, research, and hands-on clinical practice. Her background in patient care and clinical operations means healthcare-oriented businesses — medical practices, med spas, imaging centers, labs — are a space where she can step in and lead directly, not just invest passively.

We're not limited to any one industry — what matters more to us is a strong team, real customer relationships, and a business with room to grow. That could be a trades or industrial services company, a technology or data-driven business, a specialty distributor, or a healthcare practice where Vini's background adds real value.

Together, we're not looking for a project to flip or a passive investment to park capital in. We're looking for a business — and a community — to call our own, the way Sarasota has already become home for our family.
